Aldergrove Alliance: Life and Belonging

We had the great privilege of being invited to participate in Sunday worship at Aldergrove Alliance on April 15. We (Pastor Don and Mosaic community member Alain) were warmly welcomed by these wonderful folks.
Alain shared very personally about the things he had faced in the past year, and the congregation rejoiced with him to learn that he is soon to have his one-year sobriety cake! I gave a post-Easter message on how nothing is the same since the once-dead, now-risen Jesus is alive, and how this means that we can truly know God's unconditional love and forgiveness. On that foundation, we can follow the early church's example (Acts 4,10) and really include others by intentionally creating a context for EVERYONE to belong.
